abby's last night at camp. i sure did miss her the rest of summer.

beautiful moment: my girls and beth's girls singing "oh, how he loves us." it was in this moment when many of them realized how much love the Lord has for them. while our love is not as big as our Father's theses girls taught beth and i how to love like the Lord loves.

:: abby. so proud of this girl. met her a few summers ago. really got to know her the next year when she was one of my crew campers. she amazes me. starting college is not an easy thing...especially when it's far from home and you literally know no one. abby is doing it. and doing a superb job at it. so many challenges have been thrown at her yet she's still standing. the Lord is refining her and it's such a beautiful thing to watch.

:: my heart has a special place for her. she has become like a little sister to me. she brings so much color to my life. silly, sassy, and fun, beautiful, mature. goodness...how is one person so great?
