:: The very first time I received prophetic prayer I was told that my artistic abilities had been kept secret for many years but they would begin to flourish and be used for Kingdom work and that these "days of secrecy" would be necessary in the days to come. Well friends, that prophetic word is beginning to come to fruition.

:: I have been given a wonderful opportunity to serve the Kingdom through art. It’s an opportunity to use my creative gifting to change the world and invite people in the Kingdom. Youth With A Mission (YWAM) has a Discipleship Training School in Herrnhut, Germany. The school has a program called “Marriage of the Arts” and it is a perfect fit. 

:: Starting September 1, I will be serving on a team of other artists trained in different disciplines i.e. musicians, dancers and illustrators. Honestly, it is EXACTLY what I have been praying for.  The world is bursting at the seams with stories. Stories of poverty, injustice, and pain... but also stories of hope and change! The Marriage of the Arts DTS is an opportunity for artists to step into the Great Commission in a new way.

:: This six month long school will include a lecture phase learning about the Lord’s character and His Love for His children. This phase also focuses on arts training, being challenged within our specific disciplines to strengthen our abilities. The second phase is the outreach phase where we will go out to either Asia or Africa to serve others in practical ways. Now this s the wild part.  For years, my heart has been to minister in Europe and to travel to Germany and I have also been praying about going back to India. This opportunity makes both of those prayers a reality and while India may not be the country chosen for our team it is a possibility.

:: My goal is to rally 40 people to donate $200 in which case my funding goal would be met. However this is just a statistical number and I know it may not be possible for everybody. Feel free to pray or consult with family members, your spouse, church and friends in considering this. I will appreciate any size of donation, knowing that God will work through every donation to make this trip possible.

:: I am thankful and humbled by all of this, the opportunities God has given me, relying on Gods provision, and God actively seeking to love us. He has given me great peace during this season of uncertainty. It is exciting to become a small piece of something bigger than myself bringing the love of Christ to a lost and broken world.
